My name is Nicole, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 13 years. I started this work when I was just 18 because I was fascinated by how much the body can change with the right kind of care and attention. Over the years, that curiosity turned into a real passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. I own and operate Trailstone Massage, where my focus is on truly customized massage therapy. No two people are the same, so no two sessions should be the same either. I draw from a variety of techniques like deep tissue, trigger point work, relaxation massage, lymphatic work, stretching, and more to create a session that fits exactly what your body needs that day. The name Trailstone comes from my love for the outdoors. Life and our bodies go through a lot of wear and tear along the way, kind of like traveling down a rough trail. My goal is to help people slow down, reset, and get their bodies back to a place where they feel strong, balanced, and comfortable again.
